"Community-Enterprise Joint Construction Services: Bringing 'Power Warmth' to Every Household"

On November 5th, Zhengzhou Power Supply Company, a subsidiary of State Grid, collaborated with Shangdu Road Office’s Chuangye Road Community and the Zhengdong New District Smart City Operation Center to organize the “1 Kilometer of Warmth·Safety Together” event in Chuangye Road Community. Adopting the “Party Building + Public Welfare + Service” model, the initiative aimed to deliver warmth and safety to workers in new business formats and community residents.

During the event, staff members from the office, community grid workers, food delivery personnel, sanitation workers, residents, and representatives of high-voltage users gathered together. Employees from the power supply company explained the convenience measures of the community warmhearted service stations, the services of the one-kilometer power circle, the latest electricity policies, and common safety tips for electricity usage. They also addressed the users’ concerns on-site regarding electricity-related issues. The event further promoted tiered electricity pricing and payment methods through fun games, effectively bridging the gap between users and the community as well as the power supply company.

State Grid Zhengzhou Power Supply Company actively integrates power supply services into the community’s “one-kilometer service circle,” establishing a “15-minute emergency repair circle” to ensure that power repair personnel can reach the scene quickly and resolve electricity issues promptly. Meanwhile, the company actively promotes the construction of a “charging circle,” optimizing the layout of community charging facilities. It also utilizes RPA technology to monitor the electricity safety of elderly residents living alone in real time, enhancing service efficiency and quality. Substation district managers routinely conduct household electricity inspections to identify potential hazards, delivering high-quality power services right to residents’ doorsteps.

It is understood that “Community-Grid Co-construction” integrates the resources of “Community Grids” and “Power Grids,” combining the political and organizational strengths of the Party with the professional and resource advantages of power supply offices to create a dual-track service model of “Community + Power.” This initiative explores an innovative path of “comprehensive connectivity and deep integration” in grassroots governance.
