On May 19, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company organized its marketing and customer service personnel to visit streets, communities, and other public areas to carry out an information campaign. During the event, the company set up consultation booths at community squares and street bulletin boards. With illustrated display panels, staff members provided residents and business users with detailed explanations of the application procedures and introduced online service channels. These efforts helped users understand how to efficiently apply for electricity and reduce wait times for power connection. In addition, the company actively promoted the use of the “State Grid Online” app, guiding users to handle tasks such as bill payment and fault reporting remotely—achieving truly effortless electricity management from the comfort of home.
