Shandong Heze: "Efficient Service" Propels Projects to "Accelerate"
With full momentum and springtime vigor, production enterprises and key projects are drumming up a rhythm of progress, using a “strong start” to chart a course for “year-round success”. On April 12, inside the production workshop of Shandong Mingsheng Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. in Juye County, Shandong Province, machines hummed at full speed as production lines raced to fulfill orders. A task force from State Grid Heze Power Supply Company visited the enterprise to inquire about its power usage after capacity expansion.
Shandong Mingsheng Resource Recycling Co., Ltd.’s annual 100,000-ton battery-grade new energy materials project is a provincial-level key initiative under Juye County’s “Double Attraction” strategy (attracting investment and talent). It involves a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan and spans 300 acres. The first phase has already achieved production targets, while the second phase is set for completion and operation by the end of June. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate 4.8 billion yuan in sales revenue, 320 million yuan in tax revenue, and create over 600 jobs.
From the project’s initial signing, State Grid Heze Power Supply Company assigned a dedicated task force to coordinate, investing over 1.6 million yuan to preemptively construct two power supply lines—Mingsheng I and Mingsheng II—effectively reducing the enterprise’s costs and efficiently meeting production electricity demands, truly ensuring that “power waits for projects.”
“Throughout the project’s development, the power supply team provided end-to-end services, tailored electricity solutions, and streamlined power access procedures, accelerating the project’s launch and results,” said Zhang Xinchang, the person in charge of the company. In late February this year, due to production expansion, the enterprise urgently required a high-voltage capacity increase of 3,600 kVA. Upon receiving the application, State Grid Heze Power Supply Company immediately dispatched the task force for an on-site assessment, designed an optimal power supply plan, and completed the upgrade within just five days, delivering “full-power” support for the company’s growth.
“We’ve adopted the ‘efficiently resolve one matter’ approach, implementing a service model of ‘proactive engagement, precise coordination, and full-process assistance’ to eliminate bottlenecks and drive projects forward,” explained a State Grid Heze Power Supply Company representative. In recent years, the company has focused on building a “Juye Excellence” power business environment. Guided by the principle of “service first,” it formed specialized project task forces to provide “one-enterprise, one-policy” power solutions and end-to-end support, minimizing delays and maximizing satisfaction for clients.
