Firstly, grasp the overall work arrangement of spring agricultural production, strengthen professional coordination, consolidate territorial responsibilities, determine the scope of power supply equipment and user guarantees, investigate the load situation, conduct equipment inspection and defect elimination before irrigation, and refine power supply service guarantee measures. Secondly, closely monitor climate changes and drought warnings, cooperate with the government to promptly respond to emergency supplementary irrigation, drought resistance, and flood drainage emergency power supply work, prepare generators, cables and other emergency materials in advance, and ensure temporary electricity for disaster prevention and relief. Thirdly, conduct safety inspections of farmland irrigation users’ electricity use, guide farmers to standardize the installation of temporary field electricity lines, complete hidden danger rectifications, promptly report electricity-related issues affecting farmland irrigation to local governments, and promote and urge operation and maintenance entities to fulfill their management responsibilities. Fourthly, timely communicate with water pumping enterprises about the load situation, understand and grasp the subsequent production situation of enterprises, cooperate in conducting safety inspections of enterprise power supply equipment, promptly eliminate safety hazards, and ensure the normal electricity use of water pumping enterprises.
