二战前与前期，大卖军工装备与能源给纳粹轴心国，同时大肆掠夺全球资源与要地。经心营造。这也是美国现在自以为上帝的规则的由来。不管有没有上帝，美国将比上帝还高大上。在1941－1944年欧洲战场上，英美都纹丝不动，养精蓄锐，到了1944年下半年，看到纳粹德国在东线战场上惨败，德国末日将临时，他们害怕欧洲大陆尽入苏联的控制（早前的战略就是坐看纳粹消灭苏联，要么最大程度削弱苏联即无产阶级政权，这是西方直到现在还有的共识），才姗姗来迟准备反攻，实行很早前就规划好的D－DAY诺曼底登陆。

甚至可以说，是美国引发了二战（经济危机与能源即殖民地争夺，一战的结果是二战的动因之一），扩大了二战（挑唆），利用了二战（以租借法案之名的交换，取得要球要地与资源的控制权，注意现在美国与乌克兰进行租借法案交换），并战略性规划了二战（欧亚战场上都离不开美国的战略规划），美国的意图就是控制全球（有赖于美国作为新大陆，集结全球精英力量与智慧，才会有此有助美国500年领先的规划，现在已领先了100年）。

大家有没有既视感，现在的俄乌战事，几乎也是美国二战战略的翻版。大卖军工与能源，以租借法案之名取得控制权，最大程度上削弱对手，包括那些大家口头上说的盟友。
