最近很多人都在说“春日养肝正当时”。
小栗子认为:养肝不分季节,关注健康应该在每一个日常。#就是这么惜命!#
肝脏是人体最大的器官,重量接近3斤。它将毒素转化为废物排出,净化血液,代谢营养物质和药物,是人体的主要过滤系统。
如果你的肝脏罢工了,毒素会积聚,食物无法消化,你吃进去的药物也永远无法离开你的身体了。
没有肝脏,我们的生命可能连一周都维持不了。




除此之外,护肝还应该少吃油炸食物,生海鲜(龙虾、螃蟹、生蚝)也都建议避免呢!
对熬夜是否伤肝这个问题,现代氪肝人一直存有争议。
从时间营养学的角度来说,可以确定的是:熬夜会影响人的昼夜节律,扰乱正常的身体代谢。夜晚睡眠时间是人体各项官能的放松时期,熬夜无疑会增加肝脏工作的负担,影响代谢工作效率。
