美军24小时内感染人数创新高，累积达3160例

　　据《军事时报》，截至4月8日，美国国防部共有确诊病例3160例。其中现役人员1975例，比前一天增加178例，其中海军感染人数最多。

　　The Pentagon on Wednesday reported its largest 24-hour jump in new confirmed cases of COVID-19 among service members, bringing the force-wide total to nearly 2,000, a number that has doubled in the past week.

　　4月8日，美国国防部报告称，美国军队24小时新增确诊病例达到新高，总确诊病例逼近2000例，是上周的两倍。

　　The Navy continues to outpace the other services in its day-over-day growth of diagnoses, largely due to an outbreak on the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt.

海军的单日新增病例中依旧超过其他军种，主要是由于“罗斯福”号航空母舰上新冠肺炎疫情的暴发。

　　根据美国疾病预防控制中心（Centers for Disease Control and Prevention）的最新数据，现役部队和预备役部队的感染率为0.94‰逐渐逼近美国总人口的感染率。

　　The infection rate among active duty and reserve component troops now stands at 940-per-million, for the first time starting to close the gap with the general US population, which sits at 1,144-per-million.

　　现役部队和预备役部队新冠肺炎感染率与美国总人口感染率之间的差距开始缩小，前者达0.94‰，后者为1.144‰。

　　罗宾斯空军基地的布赖恩·摩尔上校（Col. Brian Moore）说：“对所有人来说这都是一个艰难的时期，这种病毒越来越影响到基地和社区。”
