截至目前,中国采取的隔离观察与治疗的方式被证明为有效的防控手段之一。我们身边也可能出现亲友被隔离的情况。面对他们焦虑、紧张的情绪,我们可以做些什么?
亲友刚被隔离,心里肯定会有很多焦虑和担忧,可能还会感到悲伤和怨恨,甚至还会担心会不会再也见不到家里人……在这种情况下,他们可能不愿意主动和家里亲友联系。所以我们可能要主动通过微信或者电话和他们保持联系,倾听他们的感受,鼓励他们积极配合隔离和治疗。
