美国青年说：美国不一定总得是第一，第一也可以是中国_风闻

“知行中国—中美高校学生领袖学院”项目始于2017年，中美双方每年遴选30名高校学生领袖在华开展为期21天的访问调研活动，是第七轮中美人文交流机制及首轮中美社会与人文对话的重要成果，由中国教育国际交流协会和美国亚洲协会共同实施。

今年，来自中美两国40所知名高校的60名学生领袖就中国智造和大数据时代、可持续发展和公共政策及中国改革和社会变迁等议题开启为期三周的研学活动。

今天，解读中国工作室推出《知行中国》系列节目第二集——《创新中国的故事》。故事的主人公是来自美国普雷里维尤农工大学的学生伊内斯·弗雷泽。接下来就和小编一起来了解一下这位美国学生对中国的看法吧。

我叫伊内斯·弗雷泽，我在德克萨斯休斯顿的普雷里维尤农工大学主修农业与化学工业。

My name is Ines Frazier. I go to Prairie View A&M University in Houston, Texas and I’m majoring in agriculture on the prairie track. 

我认为很多人可能是无知的。他们不见得理解不同文化、理解如何让强国共存，也不见得能让两种文化和人民能够互相理解，或是能确保每件事都按部就班地进行。

I think that a lot of people are possibly ignorant. They don’t necessarily understand different cultures and understand like how two big powerhouses can coexist and allowing for two cultures to understand and create more of an understanding between two people and make sure that everything is working with a different industry. 

美国不一定总得是农业第一，中国也可以成为农业第一。我想这两者之间有一种让两者共存的平衡，并创造出一个更相互理解和富有同理心的世界。

The United State does not always have to be number one in agriculture industry. So China could be the number one in agriculture industry. I guess there’s like a balance between the two that allows us to coexist and create more of an understanding and compassionate world.
