中国扶贫成就获联合国赞誉，这些外国网友却酸了..._风闻

近日，中国国家发改委称：

到2020年中国将在人口稀少地区投资9463亿人民币（约1400亿美元）用于安置贫困户

而根据世行统计标准，１９７８年至２０１8年间，中国的实际人均收入增长了23倍，极端贫困发生率，从１９８１年的超过８０％大幅下降至２０１8年的不足2％！

对此，联合国开发计划署发布了《2018年中国人类发展报告》中，高度赞扬了中国“造血式”的开发扶贫，并倡议中国“造血式”扶贫，不仅是过去几十年中国推进减贫工作的重要经验，更是未来全人类实现脱贫、减贫的必由之路…

显然，在巨大的扶贫成就下，中国式的“脱贫之路”成为了世界关注的焦点！

For Chinese nation comes first they dont compromise with that aspect. Religion rights etc etc comes second. That may be tougher rule but majority gets benefited.

But in India because of appeasement politics religion based laws cast based reservation no one has really benefited. Indian democracy has developed to keep every one in same place where they were.

If few people progressed laws are amended such that more backward people replace them. Until tough laws are allowed to rule we may not beat China.
